Two pages of notes on her response to "The Soul of Ann Rutledge" by B.B. Babcock. Notes some mistakes made in the book. 7 page letter to Mary Saunders in Lompoc, Cal. from J.R. Saunders, Sarah's son, clarifying his mother's response to the book and recounting some of her memories of Anne, her death and Abraham Lincoln. States the correct spelling was Anne and pronounced Annie.
